We were asked to service this heating system in Emersom Park. It consists of two unvented hot water cylinders, two Vaillant Eco Tec Boilers. Two expansion vessels and a secondary circulation pump.
Our customer in Chafford Hundred was having to top up the water pressure in the boiler ever other day. We were asked us to look a leak in the floor. After some investigation work we decovered that there was a leaking push fit joint in the wall. once replaced all was working correctly.
This bathroom basin had been leaking just a little but for a long time. We replaced bothe the basin tap flexis
We replaced an old heat only boiler with a new combi boiler. this is the resulting pipework below the boiler.
The customer in Lymington complained that there was a water mark on the living room ceiling. We found the isolation valve on the bath was leaking.
This customer in Brentwood had no heating during the winter. We found a whole heap of snow in the loft. After the roof was repaired the heating has been functioning Okay ever since.
This immersion heater element had overheated due to the thermostat having broken. We replaced the thermostat and overheat device and rewired the immersion heated. All good for hot water after about an hour.
We fitted the very stylish bath shower filler with thermostatic controls. this means that if someone in another part of the house turns on a hot tap you do not get drenched with cold water.
